I found these cute little pumpkin pie candles in the dollar bin at the craft store. This is the pie box I created to hold them. I changed out the ribbon they had with some pumpking pie ribbon. They had other "flavors" as well. Can't wait to make more!
Instructions:
For the box insert that holds the Pie:
I used a 5x5 piece of CS and scored all 4 sides at 1/2 inch.
I then cut out the square of each corner.
Last, I used the 2.5" circle punch to create a spot for the pie to sit.
For the box:
I started with a 7x11 piece of CS.
Holding the paper vertical, score 1.5" from the left and the right.
Holding the paper horizontal, score at 1.5", 5.5", and 7". Cut in on the side pieces as shown below.
Here is the template.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, just let me know!

Golf - On the Green
Below is a picture of a golf gift that I created.
I filled the test tube with golf tees and made a holder on each side for a golf ball.
Products Used:
On the Green Stamp
Always Artichoke Ink
CS - Whisper White, Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgundy, and Sahara Sand
Punches - 1 3/8 circle, 3/4 circle
Whisper White 3/8 Taffeta ribbon
Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder
Score 1" from top and 1" from bottom
Starting at the right, score at the following: 1", 3", 4", 6".
I then cut out the 5x1" sections for the top part.
I cut a slit in folds on the sides to fold them in.
So you end up with the holder dimensions being 1" tall, 2" deep, and 6.5" wide. And then the back being 5" tall
The burgundy strip on the front is 3/4x 6.5.
The sahara sand back mat is 3.5 x 6
The mats on the stamped pieces are 2x2.75
The burgundy strip in the background is 6.5x.75.
And then the stamped images I just eyeballed.
The idea of the holder came from the blog below and I just modified it to be large and to have a back.

Christmas DVD Case
I have lots of Christmas shares for today. While experimenting with the bird punch this is the other item I created a while back. It is a clear dvd case I decorated and created a wreath with the wing.
Christmas Poinsettia Cards
I was experimenting with the bird punch and made two poinsettia cards with the wing. They are both done in Cherry Cobbler. It is amazing how the accent colors have such an impact on the deepness of the red.

Decor Elements
At convention they showed some very cute ideas of making inexpensive gifts for the holiday season. You could add a bag of candy to the mug and fill the plates with holiday baked goods. I purchased the plates for under a $1 and simply added the decor elements.

Our House is finally finished!
Christmas Card - Peaceful Season
I used the Peaceful Season set for this one. I stamped off the holly to give it a more subtle look. I just love the top notes die!

Style Beautiful
I used the Style Beautiful stamp set on this one to create a butterfly. The greeting is from the Word Play stamp set. I learned the technique at convention during the Late Night Stamper Pre-convention event. It was awesome! and I learned a lot.

Baby Steps Convention Shoe Box Swap
This is a card I did for one of my shoebox swaps at convention with the new single Baby Steps stamps.
I haven't been a demo that long and learned so many new tips and tricks at convention. I learned on this type of stamp with a lot of flat surfaces, it is best to lightly sand the stamp or clean it first with Stazon cleaner to get a better more crisp images.

12x12 2 page layout Swap
This is the layout I did for my 2 page 12x12 swap. I changed up a layout I did while taking a class with Shelly May. I checked her blog and there isn't a link to her original layout, but here is her blog link. http://stampcrazygirl.typepad.com/stamp_crazy_girl/. You should check it out. She does some amazing work and is the best up-line I could ask for!

Card front Swap
On this one I was trying to create movement without killing my hand with the gears punch. I needed to make over 80 and this one was by far the most labor intensive.
Open Convention Swaps
I joined a 12x12 double page swap and used a lot of the lattice big shot die cuts. I cut around 70 total. So I had to figure out a way to use up those little pieces from the diecut. Here are a couple cards I came up with that I figure I will trade in the open swaps at convention. Very simple and clean.
Recipe page swap for Convention
For the recipe page swap, we picked a category and made a 6x6 page. If you can believe it, I had to make 37 of these! I found the cows on Elaine's blog. She made a very cute get well card with the cows on it. Love it! You can go check out her card here: http://stampinreckon.blogspot.com/2010/05/get-well-card.html.
In with the New Swap - new products #2
In with the New Swap - new products
This card is for the In with the new swap I joined at convention. It had to be a non preview stamp set from the new catalogue. I picked the Wicked cool set. I also used some of the new Halloween DSP. This was the first time I experimented with making a square from the scalloped border punch. The points on the edge was one of my goofs, but I loved the way it turned out and decided to use it instead of the complete scalloped edge. Gave it a nice Halloween look!
